Rice Heating Pad

I have been meaning to make this for a while now, and all day at work today my neck/right shoulder have been killing me. So I cowboyed up and went to Hobby Lobby for some material. And I am so happy I did!

My dog, Gus, is being a model in this picture. You can totally tell he's thrilled about this.

I got the pattern for this awesome invention (and the bag coming later in this post) from THIS awesome blog post. I am thrilled with the result and easy to follow directions :)

A closer look at the cute pattern. That pink and white under it is the soon-to-be drawstring bag.

The cool part about this heating pad is that it rolls up quite neatly and fits into this bag:
